We’re a small business trying to do the right thing by our planet.

Our distribution warehouse is located in Burleigh, Queensland and we operate on minimal staff.
‍
Our wholesalers are either involved with 1% for the planet, the 'Zonta' project, are B Corp certified or work with Avenue for all, empowering people with a disability to participate in an inclusive economy. And that’s just our wholesaler’s. Each individual product additionally give's back to the environment.

We have sourced the highest standard of products that are available within the Australian Market to date with the least harm to our environment.

Additionally our payment processing system is set up with stripe climate. We direct a portion of our revenue to help scale emerging carbon removal technologies with every transaction that we make. We also bank with Bank Australia, Australia's only B Corp Certified bank.

Terms & Conditions

Now for the boring part, T & C's of our online store.

Do we ship to an international address? Currently, we are only ship within Australia.
How are the items being delivered? Item are delivered via Australia Post or Sendle via compostable bag or a reused box from our distribution warehouse in Burleigh. Tracking number will be provided after the item is dispatched.
Can you use my own delivery service? No, we only use our nominated carriers for delivery.
How can you cancel my order? If for some reason you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
How long does it take to ship? Estimated delivery time frames are as follow:
For VIC customers, in approximately 7 working days.
For NSW, SA, ACT customers, in approximately 3-5 working days.
For QLD, NT, WA, and TAS customers, in approximately 7 - 10 working days.
When will the item be dispatched? Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.
Can I come to your warehouse to pay and pick up the item? Pick up option is not available in order to maintain our distribution centres dispatch efficiency.
Where can I find the delivery information? Tracking information will be emailed to you.
What is printed on the compostable bag/carton? Our logo brand is printed on our bags and we reuse our cartons.
What do I do if I need to change the delivery address? You can change the delivery address only before the products are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the item is dispatched, we will not be able to change it.
If the goods received are damaged, do not work, or work differently than advertised, then you are entitled to either a refund of the item, or exchange the item with another. If this is the case, please send an image of the damaged item to and let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days, and exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days.
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind.
